Claims for damaged merchandise and shortages must be reported immediately to TS Distributors and the freight carrier if applicable. Please contact TS Distributors for assistance on freight claims. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be approved by a representative of TS Distributors within 30 days of purchase. A Returned Goods Authorization Number must be obtained prior to return of goods. Special order merchandise is not returnable. Defective products under manufacturers' warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option. Certain electronic products are not returnable.

TS Distributors makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use of the products it sells. Our sales department has been trained to assist you in the procurement process and will make every attempt to be as helpful as possible. However, due to the diverse use of many of our product, we cannot offer engineering, design, or construction advice. Please consult with the proper professional for assistance in these areas.
