Claims for damaged merchandise and shortages must be reported immediately to TS Distributors and to the freight carrier if applicable. Please contact TS Distributors at 800-392-3655 for assistance with freight claims.

All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge and must be approved by a representative of TS Distributors within 30 days of purchase.

A returned goods authorization number must be obtained from TS Distributors prior to the return of goods. Please contact customer service at 832-467-5400 to obtain authorization number.

Please note:

• Special order merchandise is not returnable.
• Defective products under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option. Please see bill of sale for further warranty information.
• Some open electronic products are not returnable.
