BI-LINGUAL INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – BIRMINGHAM, AL

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships
  • Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs
  • Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
  • Manage heavy volume inbound calls
  • Follow up with customers over the phone
  • Provide technical support as needed
  • Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of retail sales experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have high school diploma

WAREHOUSE MANAGER – BIRMINGHAM, AL

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on overseeing and optimizing business processes to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Interface and communicate with sales department and customers regarding service.
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
  • Maintain daily workflow for delivery orders. Ensures replenishment orders and returned merchandise are processed according to company standards.
  • Ensures safety procedures are followed and makes recommendations regarding safety issues.
  • Informs senior management of physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
